環境非常舒適，正逢聖誕期間，裝飾非常美。 非常適合一家大小過來一起玩。 衹是當天因為人流有點多，即使我們將近4pm去check in 也需要等一些時間，前台説房間好了會通知我們，可是我們等了20分鐘都沒有。最後還是我們去問了才説好了。

酒店環境還可以，但是服務差勁，五六個前台，沒一個懂華語的，也找不到懂華語的，但是中文報房間號，可以聽懂，經常滿房的中高端酒店，前台沒有會華語的説不通，大馬別的酒店就沒遇到這情況。

完全超出預期，一切都很好，房間夠大衛生好，還有浴鹽浴袍提供，酒店泳池很漂亮，還有健身室，又有免費停車場（記住每天出車前要到concierge登記車牌），我住的房形還有免費每天洗三件衣服服務，還可以免費到M Lounge下午茶（有酒精飲料提供），mini bar也是免費，不過是一次性的，早餐多樣化又好吃，就是跟最旺區域有些少距離，但對於自駕遊的我們不是問題，下次到吉隆坡一定會再入住

Everything about our stay was wonderful as always, except for one serious concern regarding the safety of the Kids Club. We have been loyal guests since the hotel’s opening, and we truly enjoy returning for our short staycations. However, we’ve consistently noticed safety issues related to the entrance access of the Kids Club. Specifically, the automatic sliding door poses a potential danger. The door opens freely without restriction, and we’ve observed children running toward it—sometimes playing with the doors as they open and close, or attempting to run down the staircase located right outside. This situation feels unsafe, especially when there is no staff stationed at the entrance to monitor or manage sign-ins and sign-outs. As parents, it’s concerning not to know who is entering or leaving the play area. We strongly recommend installing a card-access door or similar controlled entry system. This simple measure would greatly enhance the safety of all children in the playroom and provide peace of mind to parents. We hope the management team will take this feedback seriously and implement improvements to ensure a safer environment for all young guests. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

飯店很高級，從 check in 就收到不錯的服務 比較可惜的是游泳池只開到晚上七點 如果可以到晚上10點會更好 不過倒是有個不錯的酒吧在泳池旁邊 早餐豐盛

Room is quite spacious - love the complimentary snacks and drinks. Definitely a full-score if the bathroom has hose or pipe, which makes it easier to wash up the kids in room. Facilities are in good condition and well maintained. Love the pool and the slide. We had a quick visit to the kids club as well; interesting toys, kids movies, etc. We also tried their in-room dining and the food is amazing. Breakfast spread is also satisfying.

First of all I really like their breakfast. The food selection not a lot but the taste were great. The room was clean and looks exactly as advertised. There were some snacks provide in the room, view are average and their amenities were well maintained. Lastly thanks for the birthday cake it made my day.

酒店整體環境不錯，游泳池帶滑梯，工作人員態度友善，早餐豐富，離市區也不遠，總體來説很適合和家人來度假。 如果到得比較早，有房間的情況下可以提前check in，就是可能要到的樓層和景觀不是太好。 我住的房間在二樓，管道的聲音很大，影響睡覺。sad sad sad 除了隔音效果差，其它方面都挺好的，這個價格真的很可以了。
